How to execute successfully as a Chinese Marketing and Communication Leader outside of China
President Xi Jinping’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative strengthens the intercontinental trade and infrastructure networks between the People’s Republic of China and countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. This gives Chinese companies opportunities for expansion and growth in the global business environment in the future. To be successful in their efforts, the companies and the management as well as marketing and communications leaders, should, among other things, have a better understanding of economic and cultural thinking as well as customer behaviors in the new markets. In order to be successful in their strategic and operational activities outside of China, Chinese Marketing and Communication executives needs to consider the different business and cultural circumstances.
